Abstract

Type I collagen was extracted from human embryonic bone using acidic and neutral interactive extraction methods, and identified by SDS-page electrophoresis, amino acid analysis and immunological methods. The results show that the electrophoresis zone of the proposed collagen is the same as the type I standard, the cyclic precipitation reaction is positive, the amino acid analysis shows that glycine accounts for 1/3 of the total 1000 amino acid residues, and the ratio of hydroxyproline to proline is 0.65, which is consistent with Type I collagen has characteristics and shows high purity, and can be used in the production of collagen products.
