Abstract
Polylactic acid was chemically modified using collagen, and collagen-modified polylactic acid was synthesized. Its structure was initially characterized using infrared spectroscopy, FITC labeling technology, ninhydrin colorimetric method and other methods. The results show that collagen can be introduced into polylactic acid using the synthesis method in this article. The water contact angle and water absorption rate of collagen-modified polylactic acid were measured. The results showed that the hydrophilicity of collagen-modified polylactic acid was significantly higher than that of polylactic acid.
