Abstract
The extraction process of jellyfish collagen was optimized through response surface methodology, and the healing effect of jellyfish collagen was studied through a mouse skin wound model. The factors and levels were selected through single-factor experiments, and based on the Box-Benhnken central combination experiment design principle, three-factor and three-level response surface analysis (RSM) was used to optimize the acid extraction process of jellyfish collagen; using In the mouse skin wound model, collagen was applied externally to the wound, and Yunnan Baiyao was used as a positive control. The wound size was measured by the cross measurement method and the wound healing rate was calculated. The results show that the optimal extraction process conditions for jellyfish collagen are extraction time 62.64h, liquid-to-material ratio 23.6:1, and acetic acid concentration 0.562mol/L; animal experiments show that jellyfish collagen can significantly shorten wound healing time and promote wound repair. . The extraction conditions optimized by response surface method are accurate and reliable; jellyfish collagen has obvious healing effect
