Abstract
Using isophorone diisocyanate, polytetrahydrofuran, 1,4-butanediol, dimethylol propionic acid, etc. as raw materials, a prepolymer synthesis method is used to prepare a water-based polyurethane emulsion. During the synthesis process, water-based polyurethane emulsion is added. Using collagen as a modifier, a collagen-modified water-based polyurethane emulsion was prepared. The effect of the amount of collagen on the properties of the emulsion and film was systematically studied; FTIR, XRD, and AFM were used to analyze the structure of the water-based polyurethane film. characterization. The results show that a grafting reaction occurs between collagen and the polyurethane main chain, and the addition of collagen increases the particle size of the polyurethane emulsion, increases the crystallization tendency of the polyurethane film, and reduces the surface roughness. The optimal dosage of collagen is 10% of the total mass of IPDI and PTMG. At this time, the mechanical properties and water resistance of the polyurethane film are optimal, and the tensile index of the film reaches 10.20 MPa, which is 11.61% higher than the blank sample; The water absorption rate of the membrane reached 2.25%, which was 87.82% lower than the blank sample.
