Abstract
Through a method that combines one-step radiation cross-linking with freeze-thaw cycles, collagen is introduced into the PVA hydrogel system to form a cross-linked network structure and prepare a PVA/PVP/collagen composite hydrogel with high biological activity. The effects of PVP content and the addition of collagen on the properties of the composite hydrogel were characterized through moisture content, swelling performance and mechanical properties, and the best system was selected for biocompatibility testing. The results show that by combining radiation cross-linking with freeze-thaw cycles, a collagen-containing hydrogel scaffold with higher swelling properties can be obtained; the addition of collagen is beneficial to improving the water content and swelling properties of the hydrogel, but the hydrogel The mechanical properties of the glue are reduced. Biocompatibility studies show that compared with PVA/PVP hydrogel scaffolds, collagen-containing composite hydrogels have greatly improved biocompatibility and are more conducive to promoting cell growth.
