Abstract
Abstract The ultraviolet light grafting method is used to chemically modify the surface of polyether ether ketone (PEEK) and immobilize biomolecules. First, hydrophilic acrylamide is introduced to the PEEK surface, and this is used as a reaction site to remove collagen through glutaraldehyde. and collagen were fixed on the PEEK surface. The modified film was characterized using a contact angle meter, scanning electron microscope, fluorescent labeling and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The results showed that the grafting density of acrylamide on PEEK was as high as 50.9 ¦Ìg/cm2 ; The surface wettability of the modified film is significantly improved, and the water contact angle is as low as (22¡À3)¡ã. The fluorescence emission spectrum intensity of the PEEK film fixed with fluorescently labeled collagen is the highest, and the N element is detected in the X-ray photoelectron spectrum, indicating that Collagen has been immobilized, and the concentration of fixed collagen is 10.2 ¦Ìg/cm2
