Abstract
The adsorption and desorption properties of 117Snm()-EDTMP on collagen in an in vitro bone model were studied, and compared with its adsorption and desorption properties on HA. The results show that the effects of pH and temperature on the adsorption of 117Snm()-EDTMP on collagen are similar to its adsorption on HA; while the adsorption balance and adsorption mode of 117Snm()-EDTMP on collagen are significantly different from its adsorption on HA. The adsorption of 117Snm()-EDTMP on collagen is very stable, and their desorption amount from collagen is much smaller than that from HA under the same conditions.
