Abstract
regenerated cowhide collagen composite fiber was introduced. Through relevant experiments and methods, the microstructure, surface morphology, physical and mechanical properties and heat resistance of the regenerated cowhide collagen composite fiber were preliminarily analyzed. The results show that the linear density dispersion coefficient of the regenerated cowhide collagen composite fiber is 22.64%, and the commonly used length specifications are 38mm and 51mm; the cross-section of the fiber is round, with micropores in the middle, longitudinal grooves and small granular substances; fiber breakage The strength is 3.77cN, the elongation at break is 16.89%, and the modulus is 15.84cN/dtex; the fiber moisture regain is 18.16%, the crystallinity is 21.68%, the degree of orientation is 71.2%, and the static friction coefficient between fibers is 0.433; It is advisable not to exceed 110¡æ during use.
