Abstract
This article utilizes the biological activity of chitosan oligosaccharide (COS) and the good biological properties of collagen (Col) to construct collagen/chitosan oligosaccharide (Col/COSn) composite gels with different degrees of polymerization. Previously, osteoblast MC3T3-E1s were For example, the effect of the composite gel on cell proliferation and differentiation was evaluated from the perspective of cell proliferation and related osteogenic gene expression levels. The results show that compared with pure Col gel, all Col/COSn composite gels have varying degrees of promotion effects on the proliferation, differentiation and expression of osteogenesis-related genes of preosteoblast MC3T3-E1s. COS with different polymerization degrees There are obvious differences in the promotion effect among the composite gels. The composite gel containing chitotose (COS4) and chitohexaose (COS6) has a better effect on promoting cell proliferation than other groups, while the composite gel containing chitopentose (COS5) has a better effect on promoting cell proliferation. Glue is significantly better than other oligosaccharides in promoting cell differentiation and the expression of osteogenesis-related genes.
