Abstract

p¢£p was isolated and purified from human cancer ascites by using (nh4)2so4 precipitation, secondary deae-sephacel ion exchange column chromatography with different pH and sephacryls-200 molecular sieve column chromatography, and antiserum was prepared. It was identified as a uniform protein band by sds-page, with a molecular weight of approximately 47kd. It was determined by the West German pill kit and had a good parallel relationship with the p¢£p inhibition curves of West Germany and Finland. The determination of amino acid composition is also basically consistent with the literature reports. Antiserum has high titer and strong specificity. This study has certain innovations in methodology, and the purification method is simple and easy to implement.
