Abstract
¡¾¡¿Objective to explore the effect of bacterial collagenase on wound infection. Methods From November 2006 to December 2006, 28 New Zealand rabbits were divided into experimental group and control group. The wounds were infiltrated with bacterial collagenase solution and physiological saline respectively and sutured. Observe wound infection and inflammatory cell infiltration in local skin. Results: There was no statistically significant difference in the wound infection rate between the experimental group and the control group (P>0.05), and there was no statistically significant difference in inflammatory cells (P>0.05). Conclusion Bacterial collagenase cannot directly reduce the infection rate during wound repair and has no obvious effect on the migration of inflammatory cells. ?
