Abstract
Hyperbranched polymer modified collagen fiber (CF-HBPN) was used as an adsorbent to treat Cr(VI)-containing simulated wastewater. The solution pH, adsorbent dosage and Cr(VI) initial concentration when CF-HBPN adsorbed Cr(VI) were studied. Effect on removal efficiency; XPS, SEM-EDS and other analytical detection methods were used to characterize the surface composition and structure of CF-HBPN and explore the adsorption mechanism. The results showed that the removal rate of Cr(VI) by CF-HBPN increased as the pH of the solution decreased. High, reaching the maximum when the pH is 3.0, increasing with the increase of adsorbent dosage, and decreasing with the increase of Cr(VI) initial concentration. The adsorption capacity of CF-HBPN for Cr(VI) decreases with the increase of adsorbent dosage. Small, increases with the initial concentration of Cr(VI), and finally stabilizes. At 30¡ãC, the removal rate of 4.0g¡¤L-1 CF-HBPN for 50mg¡¤L-1 Cr(VI) solution can reach 99.57%. The NaOH solution with a maximum adsorption capacity of 38.94mg¡¤g-1.0.18mol¡¤L-1 has the best desorption effect on CF-HBPN after adsorbing Cr(VI). SEM-EDS analysis results show that the surface of CF-HBPN is rough and is a A material with a spatial network structure, there is ion exchange in the adsorption process. XPS analysis results show that Cr(VI) is mainly adsorbed on the surface of CF-HBPN, and the electrostatic adsorption of chromate anions and protonated amino groups is the main adsorption effect.
