Abstract
In the staining reaction of experimental animal tissue, in order to prove the distribution of vascular iron substances and collagen, elastic fibers and muscle fibers, Ponceau Spiric acid (Ponceau Spiricacid), Resorein basic fuchsin (Resorein basic fuchsin) and Perls were used The iron method (referred to as the P-PA-R-BF-P method) is a combined staining of rat tissues, which can better display the iron substances and collagen, elastic fibers and muscle fibers in the tissue blood vessels. The iron substances are blue, and the collagen fibers are blue. It is red, elastic fibers are brown, and muscle fibers are yellow. This is a combination dyeing method that contrasts clearly with each other.
