Abstract
Abstract Objective To observe the clinical effect of absorbable repair collagen combined with silver ion dressing in the treatment of donor site wounds. Methods: 100 patients with autologous skin transplantation who were admitted to the hospital from July 2016 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 50 cases in each group. The treatment group used absorbable repair collagen combined with silver ion dressing to treat wounds in the donor area. The control group was treated with traditional Vaseline gauze. Observe the pain level during dressing change, wound infection rate, healing time, and scar index evaluation after wound healing at the donor area. Results The pain scores of the treatment group during dressing change of the donor site wound were 6.24¡À2.23, 4.13¡À2.37, and 1.49¡À1.31 on days 3, 6, and 9 after surgery, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (7.73¡À2.14, 5.24¡À1.59, and 2.43). ¡À1.66 (P<0.05); the wound infection rate in the treatment group was 2%, which was significantly lower than 14% in the control group (P<0.05); the wound healing time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05); treatment The Vancouver Scar Scale scores of the group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 3, 6, and 9 months after wound healing, and the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Absorbable repair collagen combined with silver ion dressing is a more superior way to treat donor site wounds than traditional Vaseline gauze treatment, and is suitable for clinical promotion and use.
