Cd133 Functionalized Heparin/Collagen Multilayer Membrane Modified Small-Diameter Expanded Polytetrafluoroethylene Artificial Blood Vessel

Abstract
Small-diameter expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) artificial blood vessels are one of the most common alternatives in vascular transplant surgery. However, postoperative thrombosis and restenosis of the vascular lumen are important factors leading to surgical failure. Using an electrostatic layer-by-layer self-assembly method to construct a CD133 functionalized heparin/collagen (HEP/COL) multilayer membrane can inhibit the formation of thrombus and provide the possibility of endothelialization of blood vessels; HEP/COL is tracked through scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy. The assembly process of the multilayer film, using laser confocal microscopy to demonstrate the grafting of antibodies. The results showed that the CD133 functionalized HEP/COL multilayer membrane successfully covered the surface of the ePTFE artificial blood vessel; the contact angle decreased from 127¡ã to 106¡ã, indicating that the infiltration of the blood vessel was improved; the experimental results of platelet adsorption showed that the modified The number of platelets adsorbed on the surface of the artificial blood vessel is significantly reduced, and it has good anticoagulant properties.
