Abstract
? The purpose was to understand the chronic toxicity of workers exposed to fluoride for a long time and the antagonistic effect of vitamin C. Methods: Physical examination and biochemical tests were conducted on the subjects. Then, they were randomly divided into 5 groups, and each person took different doses of vitamin C orally every day for 30 days. The doses of vitamin C in the group were 0, 50, 100, 150 and 200 mg/day respectively, and then a second physical examination and biochemical test were conducted. Results After giving different doses of vitamin C, the biochemical indicators and various clinical symptoms were improved. Conclusion Fluoride has varying degrees of damaging effects on many tissues and organs, and vitamin C has a certain effect in antagonizing fluoride toxicity.
