Abstract
In order to improve the mechanical properties of the vascular stent, a new biomaterial with good biocompatibility, human-like collagen (produced by genetic engineering technology and high-density fermentation) and silk fibroin were combined in a mass ratio of 9:1, 7:3, and 5:5. Compounded, the tubular vascular stent was prepared using vacuum freezing method. The surface structure, surface element composition, mechanical properties, degradation and biocompatibility of vascular stent materials with different ratios were studied. The results show that when the mass ratio of human-like collagen and silk fibroin is mixed at 7:3, the human-like collagen-silk fibroin tubular scaffold has a uniform porous structure with a pore diameter of (60¡À5) ¦Ìm and a porosity of More than 85%; achieved ideal mechanical properties: strain is 50%¡À5%, stress is (332¡À16)kPa; has a relatively slow degradation rate; improves cell adhesion and proliferation, and has good biocompatibility sex.
