Abstract
Using traceable pig skin as raw material, the pig skin is highly purified using special chemical, physical and biochemical methods. By observing the thickness and area of the skin piece in the experiment, the content of collagen and non-collagen protein in the waste liquid, and the histological shape Based on the changes in appearance, it was concluded that the best solution for alkali expansion of acellular pig dermal matrix is 4% hydrogen peroxide-6% sodium hydroxide. We also prepared a high-purity acellular porcine dermal matrix and tested its tensile strength of 7.2Mpa, good hygroscopicity, no heavy metals, no oral acute toxicity, clean cell removal and level 1 cytotoxicity, which provides a basis for the future application of acellular porcine dermal matrix.
