Abstract
Objective: To study the mechanism of action of Dunhuang Xiaobi Dingtong Tincture in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, and to explore its effects on synovial fluid nitric oxide (NO) and 3′,5′-cyclic glands in collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) rat model. The influence of glycoside acid (cAMP) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) content. Methods: A CIA rat model was established, and the double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method was used to detect the cAMP and PGE2 contents, and the nitrite-colorimetric (Griess) method was used to detect the NO content. Results: Dunhuang Xiaobi Dingtong Tincture can significantly reduce the contents of NO and PGE2 in the synovial fluid of CIA rats, and increase the content of cAMP. Conclusion: It is suggested that Dunhuang Xiaobi Dingtong Tincture has a certain inhibitory effect on arthritis in CIA rats. It can reduce the inflammation of joint synovium by inhibiting the contents of NO and PGE2 in rat synovial fluid and increasing the content of cAMP. This may Is one of its mechanisms of action in treating rheumatoid arthritis
