Abstract
Abstract Objective To explore the appropriate separation methods of cancer tissue blocks during primary culture of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma cells in vitro. Methods: Mechanical separation method, trypsin digestion separation method and collagenase digestion separation method were used to respectively analyze surgically resected laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma specimens. Single cells were separated. Results Among the three separation methods, the collagenase method was the best. Conclusion Collagenase has a good decomposition effect on the stroma of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma cells and does not cause damage to the cancer cells.
