Experiment On Partially Replacing Fishmeal With Collagen In Raising Heterogeneous Silver Crucian Carp

Abstract
Two experiments were conducted to evaluate the effect of collagen in aquatic feeds replacing fish meal. The growth test was to replace fish meal with 2% and 4% collagen in the basal feed (control group, containing 12% fish meal) and rear an average body weight of 6.5 g of heterotrophic silver crucian carp (a total of 315 fish) for 35 days, the weight gain rates of fish in each group were 71.3%, 70.9%, and 71.9% respectively. There was no significant difference between each group (P>0.05); the digestion test was based on the average body weight For 110 g of heterotrophic crucian carp, the protein digestibility of collagen by heterotrophic crucian carp was determined to be 97.3% according to a set of algorithms. The research results show that collagen has a high digestion and absorption rate and can partially replace fish meal and has a good digestibility for heterotrophic crucian carp. The weight gain of silver crucian carp has no effect
