Abstract
plasma immersion ion implantation device was used to implant fluorine ions on the surface of pure Ti, and the surface morphology and chemical composition of the material were studied through SEM and XPS analysis. MG-63 osteoblasts were seeded on the surface of Ti samples before and after fluoride ion implantation. , laser confocal microscopy was used to observe the effect of the material surface on the formation of type I collagen in osteoblast-like cells MG-63; reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the expression of type I collagen mRNA; Western blotting was used to detect the expression of type I collagen. Results It shows that TiF3 newly appears on the surface of the Ti sample after fluoride ion implantation; and after MG-63 cells were cultured on the surface for 6, 24 and 48 hours respectively, the formation and expression of type I collagen were significantly higher than those on the pure Ti surface. Fluorine-containing surface modification The chemical layer can improve the biocompatibility of Ti materials.
