Keywords

Abstract
80 rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, scutellarin (SC) low, medium and high dose groups (25, 50, 100mg¡¤kg-1) and colchicine (Col) group. Except for the blank group, rats in the other groups were injected intraperitoneally with pig serum (0.5 mL/rat) twice a week for 13 consecutive weeks to induce liver fibrosis in rats, and each administration group was administered intragastrically starting from the 9th week of modeling. The corresponding test drugs were given, and the blank group and the model group were given equal volumes of normal saline by intragastric administration, once a day for a total of 4 weeks. After the experiment, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), albumin (ALB), total protein (TP), total bilirubin (TBIL), hyaluronic acid (HA), laminin ( LN) and type IV collagen (CIV); liver tissue from a fixed location was taken, HE staining was used to observe pathological changes and pathological grading of liver fibrosis was performed; immunohistochemistry was used to determine liver tissue type I and type III collagen (CI, CIII ) and calculate its color rendering index. Compared with the model group, SC low, medium and high dose groups (25, 50, 100mg¡¤kg-1) can reduce the degree of liver fibrosis to varying degrees and reduce the levels of ALT, AST, TBIL, HA and LN in rat serum. , the content of C¢ô, increased the content of ALB and TP, and reduced the contents of C¢ñ and C¢ó in rat liver tissue. In short, scutellarin has a certain therapeutic effect on immune liver fibrosis in rats caused by pig serum.
