Abstract
Human placenta-derived stem cells (hPDSCs) were isolated and cultured through trypsin digestion, their biological properties were detected, and their differentiation into chondrocytes was induced under certain conditions; hPDSCs and the prepared collagen sponge scaffold material were combined in vitro Construct tissue engineering cartilage tissue, and observe its ability to form cartilage tissue after transplanting into nude mice, which provides a theoretical basis for the construction of tissue engineering cartilage tissue using hPDSCs as seed cells. The study found that hPDSCs have mesenchymal stem cell characteristics and good proliferation ability, can be continuously cultured for more than 30 generations to maintain an undifferentiated state; culturing hPDSCs in chondrocyte induction medium can differentiate into chondrocytes with biological functions.
