Abstract
In order to explore the effect of Liubao tea on the intestinal flora structure of rheumatoid arthritis model mice, bovine type II collagen was injected into the tail of DBA/1 mice to establish a rheumatoid arthritis model, and Liubao tea was administered respectively. Extract and gallic acid were administered intragastrically for treatment. The results show that both Liubao tea and gallic acid can improve the intestinal flora disorder of model mice. Liubao tea increases the abundance of Alloprevotella, Muribaculaceae and Alistipes in the intestinal tract of mouse models, and reduces the abundance of Colidextribacter, Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group, Lachnoclostridium and Lactobacillus. Gallic acid increased the abundance of Muribaculaceae, Clostridia_UCG-014 and Alloprevotella, and decreased the abundance of Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group, Lachnospiraceae_UCG-006 and Lachnoclostridium. Liubao tea and gallic acid can significantly improve the structure of intestinal flora in mice with rheumatoid arthritis. To investigate the effect of ingredients from Liupao tea on the gut microbiota structure of collagen induced arthritis models, rheumatoid arthritis model was established by injecting bovine type II collagen into the tail of DBA/1 mice, and treated with Liupao tea extracts and gallic acid by gavage. Both Liupao tea and gallic acid can ameliorate intestinal microbiota disorder. Liupao tea increases the abundance of Alloprevotella, Muribaculaceae, and Alistipes in the intestine of a mouse model, while reducing the abundance of Colidextribacter, Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group, Lachno-clostridium, and Lactobacillus, with gallic acid increasing the abundance of Muribaculaceae, Clostridia_UCG-014 and Alloprevotella, reducing the abundance of Lachnospiraceae_NK4A136_group, Lachnospiraceae_UCG-006and Lachnoclostridium. Both of Liupao tea and gallic acid can certainly correct intestinal microbiota disorders. The ingredients of Liupao tea and gallic acid can significantly improve the structure of intestinal microbiota in mice with rheumatoid arthritis.
