Abstract Taking industrially produced marine fish skin collagen peptides as the research object, the method of isolating antioxidant active peptides was studied. Direct gradient elution by size exclusion chromatography and ion exchange chromatography, as well as isocratic elution first and then gradient elution, were explored respectively. After analyzing the separation effects of three elution methods, it was found that ion exchange chromatography has the best separation effect of isocratic elution first, and then gradient elution. It is divided into 5 eluent bees. The optimal eluent pH under this method is optimized as 5¡¤5¡¤The optimal sample loading amount is 50 mg. The samples were separated and enriched under optimized separation conditions. After desalting, the oxidative activity before and after separation was measured. Compared with procollagen peptide, 3#, 4#, and 5# honeybees all showed It showed strong antioxidant activity, among which the activity of peak 3# was the strongest, increased by 10.6 times. This has certain reference value for the industrial production of high antioxidant activity peptides.
