Abstract
¡¾Abstract Objective? To explore the effect of intramyocardial injection of human fibroblast growth factor 2 (hFGF-2) on left ventricular remodeling after acute myocardial infarction. method? ? 32 SD? The rats were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group to establish an acute myocardial infarction model. The treatment group was injected with 100 ¦Ìg of recombinant plasmid pAdTrace-hFGF21 into the myocardium around the infarcted myocardium, right? The control group was given the same amount of normal saline. Four weeks after surgery, myocardial tissue was taken for frozen section, hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining, factor VIII staining and Sirius scarlet staining for observation. result? ? Technique? Four weeks later, the treatment group had red fluorescent protein expression, and both HE staining and factor VIII staining showed that the number of new blood vessels around the infarcted myocardium was increased compared with the control group (P<0.05); treatment group? The left ventricular wall cross-sectional area increased compared with the control group (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in left ventricular cavity size, scar myocardial thickness and myocardial cell size between the two groups; the content of type I and type III collagen in the treatment group was different from that of the control group? There was no statistically significant difference between the control group, but the ratio of type ¢ñ/¢ó collagen was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). in conclusion? ? Direct intramyocardial injection of FGF-2 may promote angiogenesis and regulate collagen? original content and collagen ratio, thereby improving ventricular remodeling after acute myocardial infarction.
