Abstract
Abstract An uncross-linked dressing with core-shell structure nanofibers was prepared by coaxial electrospinning. The core of the fiber is polycaprolactone (PCL) loaded with the antibacterial drug mupirocin, and the outer shell is made of polycaprolactone (PCL) loaded with the anesthetic lidocal. Cross-linked dressing was obtained by cross-linking the collagen shell with genipin. The surface morphology of the uncross-linked dressing and the core-shell structure of the fiber were observed with scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). .The results of the in vitro drug release experiment showed that in the two dressings, both drugs showed burst release within 1 hour, and in the subsequent 60 hours, both drugs were slowly released from the dressing, indicating that 2 All these dressings have good sustained analgesic and antibacterial properties. Bicinchonininc acid (BCA) protein test results show that the collagen on the outer shell of the uncross-linked dressing can be continuously released. In vitro cell culture results show that with cross-linked dressings, Compared with cross-linked dressings, uncross-linked dressings can better promote the adhesion and growth of fibroblast L929 cells and have a better effect on promoting wound healing. In vitro antibacterial test results show that the antibacterial properties of the two dressings loaded with mupirocin The performance was significantly higher than that of the control group and had good antibacterial properties.
