Abstract
Objective: To explore the therapeutic mechanism of collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) by using the method of spreading hair membranes, and to provide experimental basis for studying the pathogenesis and damage mechanism of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods: CIA was used as an animal model of RA, treated with the original prescription of Xuanfa Membrane, and immune indicators and pathological changes of CIA rats were detected. Results: The pathological damage of rats in the treatment group was reduced, TNF-¦Á decreased, IFN-¦Ã increased, and anti-C¢ò antibodies decreased. Conclusion: The method of spreading membrane original material can reduce the pathological damage of CIA, regulate the immune function of CIA rats, and can be used for the treatment of RA.
