Abstract
The iron ion reduction system and three free radical systems were selected as indicators to study the free radical scavenging effect and antioxidant effect of anglerfish skin collagen peptide in vitro. Use ultrafiltration membrane to separate anglerfish skin collagen peptide components and screen them for in vitro clearance? The component with the best OH activity was then established in a mouse aging model. The separated component with the best activity was administered by gavage to measure superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (SOD) in the mouse skin. catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), malondialdehyde (MDA) and hydroxyproline (Hyp) contents to study anglerfish skin collagen peptides Antioxidant and scavenging free radicals in the body. The results show that anglerfish skin collagen peptide has strong reducing ability and is resistant to O-2? , DPPH free radical,? OH has a scavenging effect, right when the mass concentration is 10 mg/mL? OH, DPPH free radical, O-2? The clearance rate and the reducing ability of Fe3+ are 70.48%, 68.78%, 42.53% and 0.676 respectively; what is the composition of angler skin collagen peptide with a molecular weight less than 2 000 D?
