Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of high-collagen dietary care in rehabilitation after fracture surgery. Methods 106 patients with fractures admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to June 2017 were collected. According to the different postoperative rehabilitation care plans adopted, they were divided into a research group and a control group. Patients in the control group (n=48) As for routine postoperative rehabilitation care, the patients in the study group (n=58) received a high-collagen dietary care plan on the basis of the control group. The rehabilitation efficacy, fracture healing time, hospitalization time, nutritional compliance and occurrence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients. Results Compared with the control group, the fracture healing time and hospitalization time of the patients in the study group were significantly shorter (P<0.05), and the nutritional compliance rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After comparison, the treatment of the patients in the study group was generally excellent. The incidence rate of gastrointestinal adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the difference was significant. Conclusion The use of high collagen dietary care in the postoperative rehabilitation process of fracture patients has significant curative effects. It can effectively shorten the fracture healing time, improve the patient's nutrition, shorten the hospitalization time, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
