Abstract

Objective: To explore the therapeutic mechanism of collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) by using the method of spreading hair membranes, and to provide experimental basis for studying the pathogenesis and damage mechanism of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Abstract

Purpose: To observe changes in serum levels of hyaluronic acid (HA), type III procollagen peptide (PIIINP), laminin (LN) and type IV collagen (collagen IV, CIV) in patients with liver cirrhosis. To explore the relationship between its changes and liver fibrosis and the degree of fibrosis. Methods: Serum samples of 204 patients with liver disease sent to our center from January 2011 to September 2012 were analyzed. Abstract

Objective To study the cell-scaffold complex constructed in vitro using BMSCs as seed cells, thermosensitive collagen hydrogel (TCH) as cell adhesion matrix and poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) as scaffold material under dynamic culture conditions. Scanning electron microscopy observation showed that the BMSCs on the surface of the complex in the experimental group were spindle-shaped and neatly arranged along the long axis, with good cell activity.
