Abstract

Crystal violet solution was used to simulate dye wastewater, and the foam separation performance of collagen peptide-based surfactant (CBS) in dye wastewater was studied. The effects of factors such as pH, gas velocity, surfactant mass concentration, foam phase to liquid phase height ratio (HF/HL), initial dye concentration, and ethanol addition amount on dye separation in wastewater were investigated through single-factor experiments. The results show that CBS is suitable for foam separation of dye wastewater under alkaline conditions; as the gas velocity increases, the dye removal rate increases, but the enrichment ratio decreases; as the amount of CBS increases, the dye removal first increases and then decreases , the enrichment ratio decreases with the increase in the amount of CBS; when the ratio of foam phase height to liquid phase height is about 3, the dye removal rate is higher; adding an appropriate amount of ethanol is beneficial to foam separation; under better separation conditions , the dye removal rate can reach 80%, and the enrichment ratio reaches 16. The above research results show that collagen peptide-based surfactants can be used for foam separation of dye wastewater.

Abstract

? Purpose: To explore the use of porous ¦Â-tricalcium phosphate/collagen (¦Â-tcp/col) scaffold and canine periodontal ligament cells (pdlcs) to construct a three-dimensional complex in vitro. Methods: Isolate and culture canine pdlcs, and identify their origin; The methylthiazolyltetrazole method was used to detect the effect of ¦Â-tcp/col extract on the proliferation of PDLCs; the third generation PDLCs were inoculated on the ¦Â-TCP/col scaffold at a concentration of 2¡Á105/ml for three-dimensional complex synthesis. The in vitro construction was carried out and observed with a scanning electron microscope. The results: ¦Â-tcp/col extract had no adverse effects on the proliferation of canine PDLCs; PDLCs could adhere and grow on the three-dimensional structure of the material, the cells were fully stretched, and obvious secretions were visible on the surface. Abstract

Methods 20 full-term vaginal delivery women without pregnancy complications were selected as the late pregnancy group. Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect of three-dimensional parallel collagen scaffolds on the morphology, arrangement and extracellular matrix formation of tendon-derived stem cells. Methods: One-way freezing technology was used to prepare three-dimensional parallel collagen scaffolds, and traditional freeze-drying technology was used to prepare three-dimensional disordered collagen scaffolds. Abstract

Abstract

Objective To explore the feasibility of using double bridging technology and chitosan-collagen regeneration chamber to repair long facial nerve defects in rabbits. Methods: Thirty healthy Chinese big-eared white rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups in the experiment, namely the double bridge group (Group ¢ñ), the in situ nerve anastomosis group (Group ¢ò), and the normal blank control group (Group ¢ó). A 15mm defect model of the inferior buccal branch of the right facial nerve in rabbits was surgically created, and repaired using double bridging and in situ nerve anastomosis. Gross observation, nerve electrophysiological testing, histological observation, and image analysis were performed 12 weeks after surgery to evaluate the nerve repair. Results At 12 weeks, the chitosan-collagen regeneration chamber in group I had obvious absorption without foreign body reaction. It could inhibit the formation of surrounding fibrous connective tissue and provide a good microenvironment for nerve regeneration. In group II, the anastomosis was enlarged and surrounded by scar-like tissue. The neuromuscular function of group ¢ñ recovered well, and statistical analysis showed that the nerve conduction velocity (NCV) and compound muscle action potential amplitude (M wave) detection results were similar to those of group ¢ò (P>0.05), but had not yet returned to normal levels (P <0.01). Conclusion Double bridge technology is a simple method to repair long-segment nerve defects and the effect is certain. The relative molecular weight is larger than that of the raw material and the free amino groups are reduced. The average particle size of CMC powder was measured by SEM. The diameter is significantly larger than that of collagen degradation products, but it still maintains the original associated particle morphology of collagen degradation products; the hot melt temperature of CMC particles is ¡Ý 120¡ãC. At pH 7~8, the average particle size in the CMC aqueous dispersion is about 125 nm, with a narrow distribution; the isoelectric point of the dispersion measured by a potential analyzer is pH 4~5. The analysis results show the unique properties and potential application prospects of CMC powder.
