Abstract

Objective To understand the clinical significance of tumor necrosis factor-¦Á (TNF-¦Á) and fibrosis indicators (HA, PC¢ó¢ôC) in liver cirrhosis and liver function damage. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the changes in serum TNF-¦Á, serum HA and PC¢ó¢ôC in 52 patients with post-hepatitis cirrhosis (observation group) and 28 patients with chronic hepatitis (control group). Abstract

Objective To explore the changes in bone mass, bone turnover indicators, and estrogen levels in rats at different time points after glucocorticoid (GC) intervention and their relationships. Methods Thirty-four 3-month-old female SD rats with body weight (208.73¡À23.94) g were randomly divided into baseline group (n=6), control group (n=14), and dexamethasone (DXM) group ( n=14). The DXM group was injected subcutaneously with DXM 0.75 mg/kg, twice a week for 12 consecutive weeks; the control group was injected with the same amount of normal saline; the rats in the baseline group were not treated. Abstract

Objective To study the expression changes of heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoproteE1 (hnRNP-E1) in the lung tissue of rat acute pulmonary embolism model and its effect on collagen metabolism. Methods A rat model of acute pulmonary embolism was established. The lung tissue was removed through thoracotomy at 1, 2, 7 and 21 days after acute pulmonary embolism, and then the total RNA and total protein of the lung tissue were extracted. Abstract

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the role of autologous nerve graft, polytetrafluoroethylene plate (e-PTFE) and collagen conduit in repairing facial nerve injury in rabbits. Abstract

To explore the preventive effect and mechanism of polylactic acid/glycolic acid (PLGA) membrane on abdominal postoperative adhesions in rabbits. 66 Japanese big-eared white rabbits were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group and PLGA membrane group. Except for the normal control group, the other groups used the multi-factor method to create rabbit abdominal postoperative adhesion models. The wounds of the PLGA membrane group were covered with PLGA membrane, while the wounds of the model control group were not treated.
