Preparation Of Dissolved Collagen Peptide/Silk Fibroin Composite Fiber Facial Mask By Electrospinning Method

Abstract

dissolving patch-type facial mask was prepared using electrospinning technology. The two essence components of collagen peptide and silk fibroin were added to 8% polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) formic acid solution as the spinning liquid, and the rotating drum was used as the receiving device for electrospinning. The effects of blending ratio, spinning solution concentration and hyaluronic acid addition amount on electrospun fibers were explored. The fiber morphology and mechanical strength of the fiber membrane were tested and characterized through a scanning electron microscope and an electronic universal testing machine, and then the moisturizing and hydrating properties of the mask were further tested to analyze the actual efficacy of the fiber membrane. The results show that the composite fiber has a relatively uniform morphology, and the membrane cloth itself can act as an essence, has good solubility, and can play a good moisturizing and hydrating role.

Abstract

An edible composite film was prepared using catfish skin collagen and chitosan as raw materials and modified with tea polyphenols. Through orthogonal experiments, the effects of the addition amount of tea polyphenols, heat treatment temperature and heat treatment time on the performance of the composite membrane were investigated, in order to reduce the water vapor transmission rate of the composite membrane and enhance the mechanical properties of the composite membrane. The results show that the addition amount of tea polyphenols, heat treatment temperature, and heat treatment time have a significant impact on the performance of the composite membrane. The optimal modification conditions are: tea polyphenols addition amount 2%, heat treatment temperature 80 ¡ãC, heat treatment time 30 min. Under these conditions, the tensile strength of the composite membrane obtained was (29.39¡À0.96) MPa, the elongation at break was (84.22¡À0.05)%, and the water vapor transmission rate was (0.20¡À0.01) (g¡¤mm)/( h¡¤m2¡¤kPa), solubility is (32.06¡À1.23)%, light transmittance is (82.4¡À1.10)%

Preparation And Performance Evaluation Of Regenerated Cellulose/Collagen Composite Wound Dressing

Abstract

The regenerated cellulose membrane (RC) was partially oxidized with sodium periodate to obtain a 2, 3-dialdehyde cellulose membrane with aldehyde groups (DARC, aldehyde group content: 6.11%), and then the collagen was removed through Schiff base reaction. It was fixed on the DARC film to prepare a DARC-Col composite dressing. SEM results showed that the DARC-Col composite dressing had a porous network structure. The material has good mechanical properties (tensile strength 78.09 MPa, elongation at break 9.59%), swelling performance (182%), moisture permeability (703.72 g/m2?d) and water retention (20%). Experimental results on NIH-3T3 mouse fibroblasts show that the material can effectively promote cell growth and proliferation and has great potential as an ideal wound dressing for wound repair treatment.

Abstract

Objective: To explore the effect and preliminary mechanism of Qingpeng ointment in treating collagen arthritis in rats. Methods: A rat arthritis model induced by type II collagen was prepared. A toe swelling meter was used to measure the joint swelling index of rats. ELISA was used to measure peripheral blood IL-1¦Â levels. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect joint synovium IL-1¦Á. and the expression of TNF-¦Á, and the pathological changes of the joint synovium were observed histologically. Results: Qingpeng ointment had a significant inhibitory effect on foot swelling in the collagen arthritis animal model. The joint swelling index, joint cavity IL-1¦Á, and TNF-¦Á expression levels in the administration group were lower than those in the model control group. Conclusion: Qingpeng ointment can improve the symptoms of collagen-induced arthritis, and this effect is related to its reduction in the expression of IL-1¦Á and TNF-¦Á in the joint synovium.

Abstract

Using anti-human type IV collagen polyclonal antibodies prepared from immunized rabbits and using a modified sodium periodate method and horseradish peroxidase-labeled anti-human type IV collagen monoclonal antibodies, an enhanced chemiluminescence dual assay for serum type IV collagen was established. Anti-sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The experimental results show that the method is sensitive, accurate, stable and specific. Its minimum detection limit is 30 ¦Ìg/l, the average recovery rate is 94.5%, and the intra-batch and inter-batch variation coefficients are ¡Ü6.0% and 11.6% respectively. .The reference value was measured in 60 healthy individuals and was 160 ¦Ìg/l. The similarities and differences of the four collagens in terms of molecular composition, spatial structure, thermal stability, etc. were analyzed, and the results were based on freshwater fish sources. Significant differences were observed in three of the ¦Á chains, and ¦Á chain distributions in the collagen samples from PSC skin and PSC scale were different. The viscosity of ASC collagen solutions was greater than that of PSC collagen solutions, and the viscosity of the ASC skin collagen solution was greater than that of the ASC scale collagen solution.
