Abstract
Using immunohistochemical methods, the changes of type I collagen (coli) and heat shock protein 90 (hsp90) in different stages of tibial chondrodysplasia (td) in broiler chickens were studied. 80 1-day-old healthy aa broiler chickens were divided into 2 groups after pre-feeding for 1 week. The control group was fed a basal diet; the experimental group was added with thiram 100 mg¡¤kg-1 in the basal diet and continued to be fed a basal diet after 4 days. The test lasted 23 days. Immunohistochemistry was performed on the tibial growth plates of broiler chickens on days 4, 9, 16, and 23 of the experiment using anti-coli and hsp90 polyclonal antibodies. The results showed that on the 4th and 9th days after feeding thiram, the synthesis of coli and hsp90 was significantly increased in the prehypertrophic zone and chondrocytes in the hypertrophic zone of the growth plate, while on the 16th and 23rd days in the prehypertrophic zone around the TD injury Chondrocytes appear. It is speculated that the increase in coli protein synthesis may be due to the failure of feedback regulation of normal calcification; and the up-regulated expression of hsp90 may play an important role in regulating the chondrocyte development cycle, providing new ideas for further understanding TD.
