Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with collagenase disc dissolving surgery in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was given collagenase injection, and the treatment group was given modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was observed after 15 days of treatment. Results: The total effective rate in the control group was 87.5%, and that in the treatment group was 100.0%. The difference in the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the same group before treatment, the visual analogue score (VAS) of both groups after treatment was significantly reduced, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment, the VAS of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with collagenase disc dissolving surgery is significant in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation, and is worthy of clinical promotion and further in-depth research.
