Abstract
? Purpose: To explore the use of porous ¦Â-tricalcium phosphate/collagen (¦Â-tcp/col) scaffold and canine periodontal ligament cells (pdlcs) to construct a three-dimensional complex in vitro. Methods: Isolate and culture canine pdlcs, and identify their origin; The methylthiazolyltetrazole method was used to detect the effect of ¦Â-tcp/col extract on the proliferation of PDLCs; the third generation PDLCs were inoculated on the ¦Â-TCP/col scaffold at a concentration of 2¡Á105/ml for three-dimensional complex synthesis. The in vitro construction was carried out and observed with a scanning electron microscope. The results: ¦Â-tcp/col extract had no adverse effects on the proliferation of canine PDLCs; PDLCs could adhere and grow on the three-dimensional structure of the material, the cells were fully stretched, and obvious secretions were visible on the surface. Conclusion: The porous ¦Â-tricalcium phosphate/collagen scaffold has good biocompatibility with canine periodontal ligament cells, and the two can be constructed into a three-dimensional complex in vitro, suggesting that this material has the potential to become an ideal scaffold material for periodontal tissue engineering. .
