Abstract
Using tilapia collagen as the film-forming matrix, the effects of collagen, glutaraldehyde, sodium alginate, and glycerin on the performance of packaging films were studied through single-factor experiments. Using the addition amounts of collagen, glutaraldehyde, sodium alginate, and glycerol as test factors, and the tensile strength of the packaging film as the response index, a response surface analysis experiment with three factors and three levels was designed based on the Box-Benhnken central combination design principle to explore The interaction between various factors was explored, and the optimal process formula for collagen membrane was explored.
