Abstract
Abstract: To explore the effects and functions of collagen material scaffolds composed of salidroside microspheres on rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells. Salidroside was made into microspheres and compounded into collagen. The characterization of the material scaffold was observed with scanning electron microscopy. After inoculation of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, the adhesion between the cells and the material was observed with scanning electron microscopy. The cell adhesion to the material was measured by CCK-8 method. The proliferation on the material, HE staining to detect the proliferation and morphology of cells on the material, S100 immunofluorescence chemical method to detect the differentiation of stem cells into nerve cells. The results showed that the cells were seeded on the material, adhered to and grew on the material. For the same material, as time went by, the cells on the material proliferated significantly (P <0.05). The expression of nerve cell marker protein S100 was positive. The collagen of the composite salidroside microspheres has good biocompatibility. The salidroside microspheres do not affect the proliferation of cells on the material, and can effectively induce the differentiation of rat mesenchymal stem cells into neural cells.
