Effect Of Preparation Conditions On The Performance Of Chitosan/Collagen Sponge Dressing

Abstract
In order to improve the performance of chitosan/collagen composite sponge excipients, the effects of chitosan relative molecular weight, chitosan/collagen ratio, and cross-linking agent dosage were studied, and the optimal conditions were obtained. The optimized preparation conditions are that the relative molecular mass of chitosan is 1.5¡Á105Da, the mass ratio of chitosan to collagen is 2:3, and the glutaraldehyde addition amount is 1.5%. The obtained composite sponge has good performance in all aspects. . Scanning electron microscopy showed that the pore size of the composite sponge was 100-150 ¦Ìm, the arrangement was orderly, and all physical performance indicators basically met the requirements.
