Effect Of Shengji Yuhong Cream On Wound Repair In Rats With Deep ¢ò Degree Burn

Abstract
Objective To dynamically observe the effect of Shengji Yuhong Cream on wound repair in rats with deep second-degree burns from the perspective of histopathology, and to preliminarily explore the effect and possible mechanism of Shengji Yuhong Cream in promoting skin burn wound healing. Methods The deep II degree burn rat models were randomly divided into model group, Shengji Yuhong Ointment group and moist burn ointment group according to body weight, with 24 rats in each group. Apply the corresponding medicine to the burn wound once a day, and continue to administer it until the wound heals. The wound healing time and wound healing rate of the animals in each group were observed, and the wound tissues of the animals in each group were collected on the 7th, 14th, and 21st days after burns, and HE conventional staining and Masson skin collagen staining were performed respectively. The morphological changes of the wound tissue, the morphological and quantitative changes of fibroblasts in each group were observed under a light microscope, and the fibroblasts in the wound were counted. Image analysis software was used to analyze the collagen fiber area of the wound in each group. Results Compared with the model group, the wound healing time of the Shengji Yuhong Paste group was shortened and the wound healing rate was increased (P<0.05). On days 7 and 14 after burn, the number of fibroblasts in the wound of the Shengji Yuhong Paste group was greater than that of the model group. group (P<0.05); on the 14th and 21st days after burn, the collagen fiber area in the center of the wound in the Shengji Yuhong Paste group was greater than that of the model group (P<0.05). Conclusion Shengji Yuhong Cream can promote wound healing in rats with deep second-degree burns, which may be related to its promotion of wound fibroblast proliferation and collagen fiber secretion.
