Abstract
¡¾¡¿ Objective To explore the feasibility of applying microarc oxidation (MAO) to the surface treatment of pure titanium implants. Methods According to the different treatments of pure titanium sheets, the experiment was divided into a control group (group A, no treatment), an MAO group (group B, pure titanium sheets were treated with MAO), and an MAO plus type ¢ñ collagen group (group C, pure titanium Type I collagen is adsorbed after on-chip MAO treatment). Osteoblasts were cultured on each group of titanium sheets, and the cell growth and proliferation on the surface of each group’s titanium sheets at different time points were detected by scanning electron microscopy and MTT method, as well as alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity. Results Scanning electron microscopy showed that the cell adhesion of osteoblasts on the titanium sheets of group C was better than that of groups A and B. MTT method and ALP activity detection showed that after 3 and 6 days of culture, the proliferation and ALP activity of osteoblasts on the titanium sheets of group C were similar to those of groups A and B. The differences in group B were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Titanium sheets treated with MAO combined with type I collagen can more effectively improve osteoblast surface attachment and proliferation, and have higher ALP activity. ¡¾Abstract¡¿ Objective Tostudythefeasibilityofapplyingmicroarcoxidation(MAO)withcollagen¢ñinsurfacemodificationofpuretitanium. collagen¢ñappliedinpuretitaniumtreatment,groupC).Osteoblastswereculturedonthesurfaceoftitaniumineachgroup,andthecellproliferationineachgroupwasdetectedatdifferenttimepointsbyscanningelectronmicroscopyandMTTmethod.Moreover,theactivityofalkalinephosphatase(ALP)wasalsodetected.
