Abstract
? Objective To dynamically observe the collagen changes at different times and in different parts of rats with pulmonary fibrosis caused by traditional Chinese medicine for replenishing qi and promoting blood circulation. Methods 80 male SPF Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, namely sham operation group, model group, Yiqi and Huoxue group and hydrocortisone group. The rat pulmonary interstitial fibrosis model was established by intratracheal injection of bleomycin A5. The rats were sacrificed in two batches on the 7th and 28th days, and Sirius red staining and hematoxylin-eosin staining were used respectively to compare the pathological changes in the form of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and the dynamic changes in the III/¢ñ collagen ratio at different times and in different parts. . Results At the 7th day of alveolitis stage, there was no statistically significant difference in the ratio of type ¢ó/¢ñ collagen between the model group and the model group. At the 28th day of pulmonary fibrosis stage, Yiqihuoxue treatment can significantly reduce the degree of pulmonary fibrosis and the content of type I and III collagen in the lung interstitium; compared with the model group, the III/¢ñ collagen ratio in the Yiqihuoxue group was significantly increased. (P<0.05). Conclusion The Yiqi Huoxue group can slow down the process of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis and have a certain protective effect on pulmonary interstitial fibers.
