Abstract
Use sulfuric acid to hydrolyze the microfiber synthetic leather base cloth to expose the active groups of the base cloth; use tanning agent F-90 as a cross-linking agent to graft collagen onto the ultrafine fiber synthetic leather base cloth in order to improve the quality of the base cloth. Hygienic performance. The results show that the optimal modification process conditions are: collagen dosage 15%, F-90 dosage 6%, modification temperature 45¡ãC, time 4 h, system pH 7.0; after treatment under these conditions, the carboxyl content of the base fabric Increased by 188.82%, amino content increased by 124.19%, water vapor permeability increased by 65.15%, water absorbency increased by 58.04%, and its tensile strength, elongation at break and tear strength were all improved. FI-IR, XPS, SEM and contact angle were used to characterize the base fabric before and after modification. The results showed that collagen can be successfully cross-linked and modified to the base fabric. After modification, the active groups on the surface of the base fabric increased, and the fibers The degree of looseness increases and the wettability improves.
