Abstract
Mouse skin fibroblasts were isolated and cultured, and two corn sprout extracts rich in adenine derivatives (20mg/l) were used to protect the cells in advance. A cell model of H2O2 acute oxidative damage was constructed in vitro, and RT-PCR was used to detect the cells. Semi-quantitative detection of the expression of type I and III procollagen mRNA in mouse skin fibroblasts. The results showed that the expression levels of type I and III procollagen mRNA in mouse skin fibroblasts in the injured control group (group ¢¢) were 24% (p<0.01) and 20% (p<0.01) of those in the blank control group (group ¢¡) respectively. ), and the expression of type I procollagen mRNA in mouse skin fibroblasts in the drug protection groups (group III and group IV) was higher than that in the injury control group, which was 3.5 times that of the injury control group (p<0.01) and 1.8 times, and the expression of type III procollagen mRNA was also higher than that in the injury control group, which were 4.6 times (p<0.01) and 3 times (p<0.01) respectively. This shows that during the acute oxidative damage process of mouse skin fibroblasts caused by H2O2, these two corn sprout extracts can protect the expression of procollagen type I and III mRNA, and the 0501 extract can protect mouse skin fibroblasts I and III.
