Abstract
four-point bending loading device was used to study the effect of mechanical stretching on osteoblast collagen synthesis. The effects of different loading times and different strain levels on osteoblast collagen synthesis were studied in the physiological strain range (500-1500¦Ì¦Å). It was found that under 500¦Ì¦Å Stretch stimulation at 1000¦Ì¦Å and 1500¦Ì¦Å significantly inhibited the collagen synthesis of osteoblasts (p<0.01). The load was designed to increase the strain gradient. Method: After loading the cells at 500¦Ì¦Å for a period of time, increase the strain to 1000¦Ì¦Å for the same length of time, and finally increase the strain to 1500¦Ì¦Å for the same length of time. In the gradient loading experiment, it was found that osteoblasts received collagen that was beneficial to their When the signal for protein synthesis is signaled, a large amount of proline used for collagen synthesis is absorbed. When the mechanical stimulation turns into an inhibitory signal, the 3h-proline stored in the cells is released back into the solution. This shows that when the strain gradually increases, During the loading process, cells adjust themselves to adapt to new mechanical stimuli.
