Abstract
The calcification of chondrocytes and their surrounding matrix is the key to the normal development of long bones, vertebrae, etc. The normal differentiation of cartilage cells is manifested by the synthesis and secretion of type II collagen, the main component of the surrounding matrix. Abnormal differentiation of chondrocytes will inevitably lead to abnormal matrix calcification, leading to Certain types of cartilage diseases. Studies have shown that cell morphology is closely related to cell differentiation. Changes in the actin skeleton can change the expression of certain genes. In our research on the cause of Kashin-Beck disease, we found that free radicals can cause cartilage damage. Cell morphology changes. This article conducted a preliminary study in this aspect under in vitro conditions.
