Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of combined irradiation of fractionated CO2 and pulsed dye laser on hypertrophic scars in rabbit ears. Methods: 32 male New Zealand white rabbits were used to establish a rabbit ear hypertrophic scar model, and were randomly divided into 4 groups: Group A: fractional CO2 laser treatment group; Group B: pulsed dye 595nm laser treatment group; Group C: fractional CO2 laser treatment group and pulsed dye 595nm laser combined treatment group; Group D: control group. Observe the scar growth, compare the scar proliferation index before and after treatment, and detect the levels of collagen ¢ñ and ¢ó in the scar tissue using immunohistochemistry SP method. Results: Scar thickness: Groups A, B, and C all decreased after treatment compared with group D (P<0.05); Scar hyperplasia index: Compared with group D, groups A, B, and C all decreased significantly (P<0.05). Compared with group C, both groups A and B were significantly increased (P<0.05); collagen ¢ñ and ¢ó levels: compared with group D, groups B and C were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the level of collagen ¢ñ in group A was significantly decreased. , Collagen III level was significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Combined irradiation with fractional CO2 laser and pulsed dye laser is beneficial to the treatment of hypertrophic scars in rabbit ears, and its mechanism is related to inhibiting collagen synthesis and improving collagen structure.
