Abstract
Normal skin fibroblasts cultured in vitro were irradiated with pulsed dye lasers of different energy densities, and cultured for 24 hours after irradiation. Their proliferation function was detected by MTT method, and different types of procollagen in their cells were detected by quantitative PCR (LightCycler) method. Expression of genes and SMADs mRNA.
